In 1829, three Indigenous people from Tierra del Fuego are taken from their homeland by a British captain and brought to London, where they spend three years being schooled in the values of Western civilization. On the voyage home they share the ship with a young Charles Darwin, and their return marks the beginning of an encounter with the modern world that will destroy them. Georges Schwizgebel tells the true story without dialogue, in hand-painted animation.
