Troubled Water

A woman living with a chronic skin disease withdraws into her apartment, where the fight against her own body overshadows her daily routines, her relationship and her freedom. Combining drawn animation with live-action footage, Elena Wiener's graduation film confronts autoimmune illness and inner demons.
