Paul Wenninger

Paul Wenninger is a Viennese dancer, choreographer and filmmaker, born in 1966, whose films focus on pixilation and animation. In 1999 he co-founded Kabinett ad Co. with Loulou Omer, a platform for interdisciplinary, non-hierarchical projects centred on the body, and he has been its artistic director since. As a dancer he has worked with various choreographers and companies, including Cie. Catherine Diverrès at the Centre Chorégraphique National de Rennes et de Bretagne. His pixilation films include Trespass and Uncanny Valley, which was in the official animation selection for the 2017 César short film awards.
