Stockholm Experimental Animation Film Festival (SEAFF) screens animated shorts and experimental film in Stockholm, pairing established international artists with new independent voices. Its call covers narrative and non-narrative film, video art, 2D and 3D computer animation, music videos, traditional animation and stop-motion on any topic, from any country.

The first three editions took place at Zita and Rio, two of Stockholm's oldest cinemas. The fourth edition, in 2020, was online and free of charge, with jury winners named in the experimental and animated categories alongside audience award winners. After a three-year hiatus, the festival's website gives September 2023 for the fifth edition and does not publish exact dates. The festival has been supported by the cultural department of Stockholm City and the Art Grant Committee in Sweden.
