The Pasto International Film Festival (FICPA) is the main film showcase of the department of Nariño in south-western Colombia, held every year in Pasto since its first edition in 2005. Its competitive programme pairs Colombian and international cinema with a strong regional focus: the Sol de los Pastos selection covers Colombian, international and Andean features and shorts; Cámaras de Barniz is reserved for films from Nariño, including music videos and university and school shorts; and the thematic Churo Cósmico selection gathers films on identity, society, work and economies, along with animation and children's cinema. Sol de los Pastos winners receive a wooden sun statuette decorated with Pasto varnish, a local craft technique.

Besides screenings, FICPA runs workshops, a seminar, industry spaces and screenings at universities and municipalities across Nariño. The 22nd edition takes place 13–17 October 2026.
