Audience voting shapes the Paris International Fantastic Film Festival (PIFFF): spectators choose the Golden Eye winners in its international feature and short film competitions, while a professional jury judges French shorts. Organised by the Paris Ciné Fantastique association, the festival focuses on horror, science fiction, fantasy and thrillers, with an emphasis on premieres in Paris and films making their first French appearance.

Alongside competitions, its programme includes out-of-competition films, cult and retrospective screenings, a midnight screening and sessions for schools. The festival dates back to 2011 and makes its home at the Max Linder Panorama, a single-screen cinema on the Grands Boulevards. The dates for the 15th edition are 8–14 December 2026.
