Based in Neum, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the festival focuses on animation education and creative exchange between young people from the country and their peers abroad.

The programme includes professional and student films, with recognition for animation techniques, music and visual art. The festival’s published participation rules accept animated films up to 15 minutes long and invite selected filmmakers to join the event and contribute to work with children.
