Festival Résistances brings films and debates to Foix, in the French Ariège. Its programme explores social issues through four themes and a geographic focus, with documentaries, fiction and animation across short and feature lengths. Programming committees select the films, and filmmakers, researchers and activists join discussions with audiences. The festival also presents screenings for young audiences and outdoor screenings.
Founded in 1997, the festival has been organised by the association Regard Nomade since 2007. The 2026 edition takes place from 3 to 11 July in Foix.
