Festival de l'Acharnière

Festival de l'Acharnière is a regional audiovisual festival organised by the association Une Aventure Délicate, which is based in Lille. Its stated aim is to reveal regional audiovisual production from associative, professional and independent sectors and to present it to the public. The festival has two sections: a competition, in which works compete for cash or in-kind prizes, and a panorama that aims to represent as fully as possible the works made in the region. Entries are open to participants from the Nord – Pas-de-Calais region and neighbouring Belgian and British regions. A video library offers screenings on demand during the festival, and artists are invited to show video installations at the border of sculpture and video.

The dates for the 43rd edition, the most recent one announced by the organiser, are 23–26 May 2024, at the Le Métropole cinema in Lille.
