Panam Anim puts graduation films from animation schools at the centre of its competitions. Originating in Paris in 2011, the festival presents work from French and international schools and extends its activities to Shanghai, Bangkok, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Its screenings connect student filmmakers with animation professionals and audiences, while its programme also includes opportunities to explore animation techniques and production.
The confirmed date for the Vietnamese edition at IDECAF is 24 October 2020. The seventh Paris edition is dated 13 April 2019 at the Forum des images.
