Bulbamovie presents independent Belarusian cinema in Warsaw, combining fiction and documentary screenings with conversations with filmmakers. Its Young Belarusian Cinema competition focuses on new voices, while the wider programme includes retrospectives, films by Belarusian directors working abroad and music events. The festival dates back to 2011, takes its name from the Belarusian word for potato and offers an alternative to state-run film festivals in Belarus.

The tenth edition dates are 22–24 November 2024 at Kino Iluzjon, with Filmoteka Narodowa – Instytut Audiowizualny as organiser. Its programme includes a Belarusian Cinema Punk section exploring filmmaking without budgets, alongside separate fiction and documentary competition screenings.
