Minikino Film Week (MFW), also known as the Bali International Short Film Festival, is an in-person festival of short films organised by Minikino, a Denpasar-based organisation working with short film since 2002. The first edition took place in 2015. Screenings run in micro cinemas and art houses, while a travelling pop-up cinema team brings projections to villages and public spaces across Bali, alongside community screenings. Films compete in international and national competitions, with awards for fiction, documentary, animation, experimental and children's shorts.

The Short Film Market, launched in 2019, hosts the national exchange programme Indonesia Raja, the Southeast Asian network S-Express, the 34-hour Begadang filmmaking competition and a short film library for accredited guests. An education section, added in 2024, works with children and schools. Since 2020 the festival has prepared selected films with closed captions and audio description for deaf and blind audiences. The 13th edition runs from 17 to 23 September 2027.
