TAMAHI Shortz presents international short films and video works in Bor and Zaječar, Serbia. Its programme combines themed screening blocks with a festival dialogue and a case-study screening. The festival is organised by Bor’s Vizuelna Artistička Laboratorija in collaboration with the Youth Center Zaječar, Zaječarska Inicijativa, Fondacija Iskorak, the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad and Novi Sad’s SHORTZ festival.
The first edition’s six-part programme runs at the National Library Bor on 7–9 June 2017; screenings at the Youth Center Zaječar are on 2–3 June 2017. The screening blocks explore existence, boundaries, post-industrial life and local habitats.
