Marbella International Film Festival

The Marbella International Film Festival (MIFF) is an independent film festival on Spain's Costa del Sol that sets out to connect filmmakers with the business side of the industry: producers, distributors, investors and broadcasters. It is the flagship project of New World Trust, a not-for-profit organisation that supports artists in commercial matters such as project financing, sales and distribution.

The Official Selection covers feature, documentary and short films, screened at Odeon Multicines in Puerto Banús, with the METT Hotel & Beach Resort as the festival hub. Alongside the screenings, the MIFF Industry Programme offers masterclasses, panel discussions, an AI & Media Creation conference and the Pitch Your Vision competition, in which writers and producers present projects to investors and co-producers. The festival week ends with a gala dinner and the MIFF Awards. The 21st edition runs from 7 to 12 October 2026.
