Rosario Latin American Film Festival focuses on cinema from Latin America, with competitions for feature films and shorts alongside dedicated selections for productions from Santa Fe province and the city of Rosario. Its roots date to 1993 and the Festival Latinoamericano de Video Rosario. The Municipality of Rosario organises the event through Punto Audiovisual, with Cine Lumière as its main venue.

The programme combines competitive screenings with invited films, masterclasses, debates and special presentations. Submitted works enter the municipal Cinematheque’s festival collection for preservation. The dates for the 31st edition are 29 May–6 June 2026. Its programme spans five Rosario venues, with more than 35 free screenings, fulldome presentations and training activities for filmmakers, actors, students and teachers.
