Documentaries from Mediterranean countries form the competition at the Mediterranean Film Festival in Široki Brijeg, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Separate selections cover short films of up to 30 minutes and longer documentaries, while In Focus presents additional short documentaries. Kino Video Klub Amater organises the festival, whose MFF School combines film education with a workshop that produces a short documentary for the closing programme.

Alongside the competition, the programme includes domestic filmmakers, off-programme screenings, open-air cinema and films for children. The festival also introduces guests to locations and cultural sites across Herzegovina. The dates for the 27th edition are 23–26 September 2026.
