The Côte Bleue International Short Film Festival centres on filmmakers aged 30 or younger, with an international competition for short films. Organised by a volunteer association in Carry-le-Rouet, France, it presents screenings at the Espace Fernandel cinema. A professional and a youth jury assess the selection, while audiences and school groups also take part in voting. Dedicated school screenings connect the programme with classroom discussion.
The festival dates back to July 2008. Its awards include separate Oursin d’Or prizes for fiction and animation, alongside jury and audience prizes. The dates for the eleventh edition are 13–15 October 2028.
