PSSST! pairs contemporary films with new live musical accompaniment, inviting filmmakers to consider how their work communicates without its original soundtrack. Organised by the Trešnjevka Cultural Centre in Zagreb, Croatia, the festival presents an international competition alongside classics from the silent era. Its accompanying musicians work across rock, classical, jazz and electronic music, making improvisation part of the screenings.

The competition welcomes silent films of different genres and films whose authors agree to remove the sound. A jury selects the Brcko Grand Prize, while spectators vote for an Audience Award. The dates for the 20th edition are 5–7 November 2026, in the Cultural Centre’s main hall.
