Les Arcs Film Festival pairs contemporary European cinema with industry meetings in the French Alpine resort of Bourg-Saint-Maurice–Les Arcs. Founded in 2009 and organised by the association Révélations Culturelles, it presents feature and short film competitions, French previews, programmes for young audiences and a country focus. The Industry Village connects projects in development and post-production with producers, distributors and sales agents, while the Music Village explores music for the screen and Le Sommet addresses film distribution and exhibition.

The 2026 edition runs from 12 to 19 December in Les Arcs, France, with Spain as its focus country.

Festival rules

For the 2026 feature selection, films must run at least 60 minutes and be intended for theatrical release. Fiction, documentary and animation are eligible. The main production company must be geographically based in Europe; exceptions may apply to films with a European director. Films must not have been theatrically released in France before the festival, must have begun their festival run no more than twelve months before the opening day, and must not have been submitted to a previous edition. Preview links require French or English subtitles when the dialogue is in another language; selected films require a DCP. These conditions concern the feature call.
