Environmental cinema at Festiver connects screenings in Barichara, Santander, with practical conservation activities, including tree planting and river clean-ups. The Colombian festival presents national and international fiction, documentary and animation, alongside talks, workshops and its Green Market. Its Campecine programme takes screenings to rural communities around Barichara.

The festival dates back to 2011 and is organised by Festiver, a nonprofit established by actors Toto Vega and Nórida Rodríguez. Its identity draws on the region’s Guane rock art. The latest confirmed in-person edition dates are 25–28 September 2025. The 2026 in-person edition is cancelled because of insufficient funding; an online alternative remains under consideration.
