Supertoon International Animation and Comics Festival pairs short animation with authorial comics and takes place every summer in Šibenik, on the Croatian Adriatic coast, with screenings in open-air cinemas such as Mala loža, Gorica and the City Park. Films selected through an international call and direct invitations compete in four categories: Grandtoon for short animated films, Studentoon for student films, Supertune for animated music videos and Planktoon for films for children. Comics compete as book editions, magazines and fanzines.

The festival was founded in 2010 in Bol on the island of Brač and moved to Šibenik after two years. Its Planktoon workshop introduces children to animation, and the year-round Animated Šibenik platform adds exhibitions, workshops, VJ and 3D mapping shows in the city. The dates for the 16th edition are 20–24 July 2026.
