The International Short Film Festival of Cyprus (ISFFC) is the official competition festival for short films in Cyprus, held at the Rialto Theatre in Limassol. It was founded in 2000 by the Cultural Services of the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Rialto Theatre, and is now organised by the Department of Contemporary Culture of the Deputy Ministry of Culture together with the Rialto Theatre. At first it showed only a national competition; since 2011 it also runs an international one. Fiction, documentary, experimental, student and animated shorts of up to 30 minutes compete, every film in competition is a Cyprus premiere, and Cypriot films are eligible for both the international and the national awards.

Since 2019 the festival has been a partner of the European Film Academy and nominates one short film for the European Film Awards. Parallel events include the What's the Story? Cyprus script development workshop and meetings between actors and directors. The dates for the 16th edition are 10–16 October 2026.
