HIVE: International Short Film Days Berlin is a four-day festival of short films under 30 minutes, run as a community project of the Berlin non-profit association glassceiling e.V. Next to its film selections it programmes audiovisual performances, panels, workshops and Q&A sessions with filmmakers, and uses them for discussions of diversity, racism, sexism and feminism. The festival does not lean towards one genre: fiction, documentary, animation and experimental work share the same selections.

Since the third edition in 2023 each year has its own theme, explored through a screening curated by the team, one curated by a guest, a workshop and a performance; recent themes were "Unbound", "Reaction" and "Madness". The 6th edition takes place in Berlin on 18–21 March 2027.
