Environmental cinema and education shape the Seoul International Eco Film Festival, organised by the Korea Green Foundation since 2004. The festival explores the relationship between people and nature through features, shorts, animation and documentaries. International and Korean competitions sit alongside non-competitive sections. CinemaGreenteen and the World Youth Climate Forum extend its environmental education to children and young people, while community screenings take films beyond the main festival venues.

The central events of the 2026 edition run from 5–7 June 2026 in Seoul, with an opening ceremony at Lotte Concert Hall and an awards ceremony at KT&G Sangsangmadang. Online and regional screenings run from 6–30 June 2026.
