Eurasia International Monthly Film Festival is an online competition that selects a Film of the Month instead of running a single annual event. Each month's submissions are viewed in full, narrowed to an official selection and finalists, and judged by a panel of three to five people; results are announced on the 25th of the following month. Shorts, features, documentaries, web episodes, animation, student, music video and experimental work are all eligible.

The Films of the Month are shown at an annual live screening that presents them rather than judging them. The festival is based in Moscow, Russia, and accepts films in English or Russian, with English subtitles for other languages. Its former official website lists monthly selections from February 2018 and results pages through 2021; the site is no longer online, and no later edition is confirmed.
