Est Film Festival focuses its main competition on Italian first and second features, with screenings accompanied by conversations with directors and cast. Based in Montefiascone, it takes its name from the local Est! Est!! Est!!! wine and dates back to 2007. Associazione Factotum organizes the festival within the wider EFF/Lago di Bolsena cultural circuit.
The programme combines the feature competition with special guest encounters and other cultural events. Separate documentary and short-film competitions take place at the Cinema Gallery in other months, alongside activities for local schools. The dates of the twentieth edition in Montefiascone are 20–26 July 2026.
