Cinema Perpetuum Mobile is a short film festival in Minsk, Belarus, founded in 2011 by the Kinaklub.org community of film enthusiasts. It runs on a volunteer basis, is free to enter and works in English, Belarusian and Russian. Its programme combines competition sections for fiction, documentary, animation, experimental and Belarusian films with out-of-competition thematic programmes, and screenings are organised in other Belarusian cities and abroad.
A jury names the best film in each section and the best Belarusian film, and the awards carry names such as Perpetual Motion and Perpetual Freedom. The sixth edition took place on 5–9 April 2017 in Minsk.
