The Video Art & Experimental Film Festival (VAEFF) is a New York City festival for moving-image art. Its programmes bring video art together with animation, music video, fashion film, documentary and visual narrative, grouped into themed screening blocks that are followed by artist Q&As and panel discussions. Past panels have included Alanna Heiss, founder of MoMA PS1, and David Ross, former director of the Whitney and SFMOMA.

Artist Dan Fine, founder of Videoart.net, established the festival in 2010 and serves as its director and chief curator. The 16th edition runs from 13 to 15 November 2026 at Cinema Village in Manhattan. VAEFF Extended, a programme of partner screenings, workshops and masterclasses at the same cinema, follows on 16–19 November 2026.
