House of the Very Island's is a Vienna fashion label founded in 2006 as a cooperation of four designers rooted in the city's network of artists, musicians and filmmakers. It is run by designers Karin Krapfenbauer and Markus Hausleitner, who have shown their collections at Men's Fashion Week in Paris since 2008. The label makes avant-garde casual wear that combines conceptual pattern-making and explicit silhouettes with organic and fair-trade materials.
