I Just Breathe More

An abstract animated film set to Viktoria Grahv's electroacoustic composition of the same name, inspired by the idea of breathing to break free of chains. Digital 3D shapes melt into sand animation as the film visualises the inner movement of an anxiety attack and the process of dealing with it.
