Mike Smith

Mike Smith is a London-born animation director and designer who studied at West Surrey College of Art and Design. He founded Felix Films in London, creating commercials, music videos and television idents, before moving to San Francisco in 1991 to work with Colossal Pictures and Wild Brain. His career has included creative development at Vinton Studios/Laika and ReelFX, animated sequences for Natural Born Killers and Tank Girl, and directing and producing 1001 Nights for performances with the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
