Maarten Isaäk de Heer

Maarten Isaäk de Heer is a Dutch animation artist and filmmaker based in Berlin. He founded Menetekel Film in 2020 and works in 2D animation, virtual reality, fulldome and lenticular prints. His projects explore nature, death and environmental change, including the migrating birds of Swarm and the reanimated animal photograms of Dancing with Dead Animals.
