Wijnand Driessen

Wijnand Driessen is a visual artist and animation background painter based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, born in Nuenen in 1984. After six months in Japan he began his professional career as a background painter on animation productions for clients including Netflix, Amazon Prime and Madhouse, among them the series Undone. He co-directed the short From the Snow-Covered Hill (2018) with Matty Jorissen and also paints in oil from memory.
