Nicolas Fong
Nicolas Fong is a Paris-born animator and director based in Brussels. He studied graphic design at École Duperré in Paris and animation at La Cambre in Brussels, and has worked for almost twenty years as an animator on feature films, TV series and shorts, including at Blue Spirit. Alongside this he directs commissioned films, music videos for bands such as Forever Pavot and BRNS, and trailers and posters for the Anima festival. His short films include Yin (2017) and the self-produced Hugs (2025), which screened at Sundance and won the SACD authors' prize at Anima 2026.
