Vladimir Golovanov was a Russian screenwriter who worked in animation, documentary and fiction cinema. He graduated from the screenwriting department of VGIK in 1963 and completed the Higher Courses for Screenwriters and Directors in 1970. His animation career included the screenplay for Film, Film, Film, collaborations with Natalia Golovanova and Maria Muat, and work on animated series including Dunno on the Moon and Multipotam.
