Samantha Moore

Samantha Moore is a UK-based animation director and researcher whose practice focuses on animated documentary, science and collaborative filmmaking. She studied English Literature and Fine Art at Exeter University, followed by Fine Art Film at Central Saint Martins and a PhD at Loughborough University on using animation to document neuropsychological brain states. She is Head of Animation at the Royal College of Art and an Associate Professor in Animation at University College Volda, Norway. Her films include An Eyeful of Sound, Bloomers and the BAFTA-nominated Visible Mending.
