Sarolta Szabó

Sarolta Szabó is a Hungarian photographer, writer and animation filmmaker. She studied photography at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design before continuing her studies at the Royal College of Art in London. She works with Tibor Bánóczki as Domestic Infelicity, developing animated films that combine experimental imagery with narrative storytelling. Their first animated feature, White Plastic Sky, premiered in the Berlinale's Encounters competition in 2023.
