Agnès Patron

Agnès Patron is a French animation filmmaker who studied literature and history before training at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Her work includes painted animation, illustration and collaborations in live performance. Her short film L’Heure de l’Ours competed at Cannes in 2019 and won the César for best animated short in 2021; Une Fugue premiered at Cannes Critics’ Week in 2025.
