Jurģis Krāsons

Jurģis Krāsons is a Latvian production designer, artist and animation director. He studied monumental painting at the Art Academy of Latvia and received a master’s degree in art in 1996. His film career spans production design for live-action films, including work with Laila Pakalniņa, and the direction of animated shorts. He began directing animation in 2006 with Black Box.
