Lee Yun

Lee Yun (b. 1998, Taiwan) is a media artist and filmmaker working across film, video installation and real-time audiovisual systems. Originally trained in narrative filmmaking, he earned a B.A. in Creative Media from the School of Creative Media at City University of Hong Kong and an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where his practice turned towards experimental, research-driven forms. His recent works include the media installation Faces of Sadness (2025), the poetry film Rueli Woods (2024) and the narrative short One Who Is Willing (2022); he is based in Chicago.
