Its competitive Silver Screen Awards, introduced in 1991, comprise the Asian Feature Film Competition and the Southeast Asian Short Film Competition; the Best Southeast Asian Short Film award is an Academy Awards qualifying prize for short films. Singapore Panorama, launched in 2008, presents new work by Singapore filmmakers, while other sections cover world cinema, genre films, restored classics and artists' moving-image work. The festival is organised by the non-profit Singapore International Film Festival Ltd. Its industry platform, SGIFF Pro, runs the Asian Producers Network, a pitching forum and the SGIFF Industry Days conference. The 37th edition takes place from 21 October to 1 November 2026, moving from the festival's traditional late-November slot.",false,[23,25
"2020
"2017",[],[29
"more",[32],903,[32],[35
"watermelon-please-lim-jia-ying-singapore","Watermelon Please","A young man's everyday encounters lead him to contemplate his own impending end, and his…",4,"https://img.r.vurchel.com/films/_th600/watermelon-please-lim-jia-ying-singapore-0msm8hpb.webp?v=50c14263",[42],"Lim Jia Ying",[]]
