The festival dates back to 2012 and presents cinema about LGBTQ lives during a week in autumn at the Kinos im Andreasstadel in Regensburg, Germany. A professional jury selects a short-film winner, while audiences choose favourites in each short-film category and among the features. The nonprofit festival is organised by QUEER-Streifen Regensburg e.V. and belongs to the QueerScope network of independent queer film festivals.
