Its selection gives particular attention to traditional 2D animation, films without dialogue and stories that engage with children's rights. Screenings for children are free, and workshops encourage young audiences to make films as well as watch them. The festival dates back to 2010 and is organised by the non-profit AniFest. International and children's juries assess the films. Alongside the competitions, the programme includes films from partner festivals. ROZAFA is the Shkodër branch of AniFest, alongside the A’GJIRO event in Gjirokastër.",false,[25,27],{"year":26,"hasAwards":23,"hasSelection":18},"2019",{"year":28,"hasAwards":23,"hasSelection":18},"2017",[],[31],{"key":32,"title":9,"filmIds":33},"more",[34],12874,[34],[37],{"entryId":34,"urlTitle":38,"status":7,"title":39,"synopsis":40,"duration":41,"hasFullFilm":18,"hasTrailer":18,"image":42,"directors":43,"series":20},"littleboy-mona-abdollah-shahi","The Little Boy","In Hiroshima in 1945, the military orders the townspeople to evacuate.
