Organized by the nonprofit Italian Film Festival of St. Louis, it focuses on films that local audiences may otherwise have little opportunity to see. Screenings have free admission and films appear in their original language with English subtitles. Audiences choose feature and short-film awards. The twenty-second edition spans 13 metropolitan areas, with 84 screenings from 26 March to 16 May 2026.
