Created by Robert Corna, it started at Birmingham-Southern College in Birmingham, Alabama, in 2020, a college that closed in May 2024. The festival later moved to Cleveland, Ohio, and then to Ithaca, New York, where it runs as a student-led event at Ithaca College. The festival is a one-day, in-person event that accepts submissions from anywhere in the world, with no limits on year of completion or premiere status. Its awards cover narrative, documentary and animated shorts alongside civil rights, LGBTQ+, music video or experimental, special needs, local and vertical shorts, plus an audience award. The most recent confirmed edition took place in Ithaca on 8 December 2024.",false,[24
"2021",[],[28
"more",[31],1045,[31],[34
"horns-daniil-udobnyj-russia-2021","Horns","Shaken by a fight on the street, a young man with horns tries to decide what to do with…",3,"https://img.r.vurchel.com/films/_th600/horns-daniil-udobnyj-russia-2021-u6dxxrh3.webp?v=528e4baf",[41],"Danny Udobnyi",[]]
