Organised by film platform BROET in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, EFF combines international work with attention to filmmakers from North Brabant. Screenings at venues including Natlab and TAC sit alongside workshops, filmmaker conversations, exhibitions and live film scores, extending the programme beyond a conventional cinema screening. The dates of the 2019 edition are 28 November–1 December 2019.
