Based in Valencia, Spain, it is an initiative of the Universitat Politècnica de València and the VINCLES cultural association. Its programme combines fiction, documentary, animation and experimental work with discussions involving patient associations, healthcare professionals and researchers, alongside exhibitions and artistic interventions. The last edition took place from 23 February to 3 March 2018, with the official competition at IVAM and a separate DMD competition focused on a dignified death.
