International Strasburg Film Festival

The International Strasburg Film Festival is organised by the Shenandoah Film Collaborative, an all-volunteer non-profit founded in 2017 in Strasburg, Virginia, in the Shenandoah Valley. The festival invites independent filmmakers from around the world to submit their work and keeps ticket prices low, offering free tickets to families on a tight budget. All of its proceeds go to the Shenandoah County Public School District, where they support drama and theatre programmes in middle and high schools.

The third edition is held online on the Eventive platform, with films grouped into themed programmes that viewers can buy individually or through festival passes. Beyond the festival, the Collaborative runs free summer movie screenings, a youth film festival and an online French film festival. No edition after the third has been announced.
