Each month a jury watches the submissions online, publishes an official selection and names winners in more than thirty categories, from best film, direction and cinematography to animation, documentary, experimental, music video, mobile phone and student shorts. Films can run up to 33 minutes, with no limit on the production date, and need English subtitles. The festival does not screen films online. Award-winning films are shown at in-person events in Bucharest and other cities in Romania and abroad, including open-air screenings.
