NEOS Fest, in full NEOSFest Encuentro Internacional de Experimentación Audiovisual, is an international showcase of experimental moving-image work by students and recent graduates, based in Puebla, Mexico. Its selection favours formal experimentation with video over conventional narrative and looks for work that challenges hegemonic, commercial cinema. Films are submitted in three categories: experimental animation, experimental documentary and video essay. Alongside screenings of the official selection, the festival runs free workshops and curated programmes. Its first edition took place in 2016, and its founding director is Blanca Edna Alonso Rosas.

The festival has also presented its programme in Monterrey, at CONARTE's Escuela Adolfo Prieto in 2022. The dates of the tenth edition are 15 October – 1 November 2025.
